The market is flooded with team-building options. Some are blatantly childish, while others are overly pretentious.
Choose your format based on how interested the provider is in understanding your specific needs (versus just trying to sell what they have).
Ask about and research the people involved—do they understand group dynamics? Meaningful team-building isn't just about eating, drinking, and having fun.
